The hydrosilylation reaction is an effective method for preparation of organosilicon compounds and organosilicon polymers.Silane coupling agents as an important organosilicon products, the production through catalytic hydrosilylation is attracted subject.During the hydrosilylation processes, catalysts play an important role.Catalysts are mainly divided into homogeneous catalysts and heterogeneous catalysts.Homogeneous catalysts can carry out silane addition reaction more efficiently.Homogeneous catalysts for hydrosilylation of olefins include platinum, rhodium, palladium, ruthenium, iridium and other noble metal complexes.Heterogeneous catalysts are easy to recover and have better recycling performance. However, they are also mainly catalysis systems supported by inorganic or organic carriers of rare precious metals. Therefore, the application of non-precious metals in catalytic silane addition reaction performance has attracted more attention. In this thesis,silicon-containing phosphine oxide complexes as homogeneous catalysts and metal(pyro)phosphates as heterogeneous catalysts were synthesized, and their catalytic performance for hydrosilylation of olefins was studied. The experimental results show that a series of organoorganophosphine oxide complexes can catalyze the reaction of octene and diphenylsilane under solvent-free conditions with a metal content of 0.005 mol %,On the other hand,A series of metal(pyro)phosphates were prepared, and the catalytic properties for the hydrosilylation had been investigated. The results indicated that better catalytic performance were obtained when calcinated metal(pyro)phosphates were used than that of noncalcinated metal(pyro)phosphates. The synergistic effect of alkaline earth metalophosphate(pyro)phosphate and aluminum trichloride was studied. The excellent catalytic activity was still maintained at a low dosage of 0.05 wt %,and the cyclic reaction could be conducted for 15 times without decreasing of conversion as well as selectivity.
