In recent years,with the continuous increase of our country’s environmental protection efforts,the issue of environmental responsibility of enterprises has received wide attention,there are differences in the environmental responses of various enterprises(the Tengger Desert sewage incident,the Collum Pharmaceutical Expedition to Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture to promote the “Three wastes”circular economy),in order to understand the formation mechanism of Enterprise’s differentiated environmental strategy under the homogeneous system,this paper uses the path construction theory for reference,taking Zhejiang Longsheng as the research object,based on the relevant theoretical basis,and taking the institutional perspective as the breakthrough point,this paper explores the response process of enterprise environmental strategy under the institutional context,establishing causal relationships between genera and concepts along the“Condition/situation-mediation-action/interaction-result”paradigm,in-depth study of corporate environmental system pressure perception(condition/scenario),internal response and decision-making process(intermediate process)to form the corporate governance model(result).Specifically,the main research work and contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,based on the background and theoretical research in China,a preliminary theoretical analysis model is proposed to guide the exploratory case analysis in this paper,take the company annual report data as the main data source to carry on the root coding,unifies the root result to carry on the stage case analysis,finally obtains this article Case Enterprise’s environment strategy evolution theory path,this paper initially reveals the mechanism between “Institutional environment,performance feedback,dynamic capabilities and corporate environmental strategy”,and finally summarizes the main conclusions and viewpoints of this paper,and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations and management enlightenment,and summarized the research innovation and the insufficiency of this article.Based on the above analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)the phased change of enterprises’ environmental protection cognition.Under the pressure of changing external system,through the feedback process of enterprise external environment and economic performance,environmental protection cognition has experienced the transformation of “Threat-opportunity-competitive advantage”,that is,from the theory of environmental threat to the theory of environmental advantage.(2)the environmental strategy of the enterprise has experienced the transformation from low level to high level,and the whole process is accompanied by the improvement of the resource base and capability of the enterprise to realize the “Self-enhancement effect” and form the environmental strategy matching with it,and institutional pressures and feedback on economic and environmental performance can further accelerate or facilitate the implementation of environmental strategies at a higher level,the positive feedback direction of enterprise environment and economic performance makes the environment cognition of strategic decision-maker strengthened and clear,and makes enterprise environment strategy develop in the direction of unitization.(3)the corporate environmental strategy in this case follows the logic of “Institutional pressure-environmental cognition-resource capability-environmental strategy-performance feedback-reinforcement strategy”,management ability,innovation ability and industrial chain extension and optimization are the three core mechanisms that drive the formation and evolution of environmental strategy.The interaction of various factors in the strategic field ultimately forms the driving path of enterprise environmental strategy evolution,finally,the paper summarizes the theoretical framework of driving mechanism and path evolution of enterprise environmental strategy evolution from the perspective of institutional evolution.This paper explores the response mechanism of corporate environmental strategy from the perspective of institutional evolution through a case study,breaking through the previous research paradigm of static perspective or simple external perspective,using grounded theory to explore the specific driving path of Enterprise’s environmental strategic response under the institutional context is of certain pioneering nature and enriches the research of Enterprise’s environmental strategy.At the same time,I hope the research results can provide some practical guidance for the organization.
