Novel Half-sandwich Iridium Complex: Synthesis, Characterization, Catalytic And Anticancer Activity | | Posted on:2024-04-11 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2531307172980459 | Subject:Applied Chemistry | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Half-sandwich metal complexes have been widely used in various reaction catalysts,fluorescent materials,biomedicine and other fields because its unique properties.In this paper,two kinds of half-sandwich iridium complexes based on different ligands were designed and their properties were studied.Its contents include the following two aspects:1.A series of N,O-chelated half-sandwich iridium complexes based on hydrazone ligands have been obtained under mild conditions.The ligand was obtained by direct condensation of benzoylhydrazine and benzaldehyde.The structure of the complex was characterized by UV,NMR,elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction.In addition,the series of complexes showed excellent catalytic performance in the synthesis of secondary amines from amines or nitro-compounds and alcohols.It provides a efficient method to realized the N-alkylate reaction with advantages such as low loading,mild reaction temperature and no byproducts.2.A series of N,S-chelated half-sandwich iridium complexes were synthesized.Its structure was characterized by a series of analytical methods(UV,NMR,elemental analysis,X-ray single crystal diffraction).The unsubstituted iridium complex 1 which exhibited highest anti-proliferative activity,have a good performance toward human breast cancer cells(MCF-7,MDA-MB-231)with IC50 value of 18.81μM and 23.95μM.Moreover,this complex showed26%higher anti-proliferative activity than cisplatin toward MCF-7,and similar performance with cisplatin toward MDA-MB-231cell. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Half-sandwich moiety, Iridium complexes, N-alkylation reaction, Anti-cancer activity | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
