Half-sandwich metal complexes are a special type of organometallic compounds that have attracted great attention in the design of catalysts,anti-cancer drug candidates and components of supramolecular chemistry.Due to its versatility and wide range of applications,the development of new half-sandwich metal complexes has aroused great interest.In this thesis,a series of N,O-chelated half-sandwich iridium(?)complexes were synthesized based on Schiff base ligands,and their catalytic properties were studied.The specific research contents are as follows:1)Using reaction of 1-tetralone and aniline of different substituents to obtain a series of?-enaminoketonato ligands,and make them react with[Cp*IrCl2]2to obtain N,O-coordinate half-sandwich iridium complexes.The structure is characterized by 1H NMR,elemental analysis,high-resolution mass spectrometry,and X-ray single crystal diffraction.These complex shows high catalytic activity in the oxidative coupling and dehydrogenation of amine compounds and the cross oxidative coupling reaction of alcohol and amine,and the reaction conditions are mild,and the substrate high universality.2)Using reaction of 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde and aromatic amine under acidic conditions,four Schiff base ligands with different electronic effect substituents were synthesized.Then several types of air-stable N,O-coordinate half-sandwich iridium complexes with general formula[Cp*IrCl L]have been synthesized by the reacted with[Cp*IrCl2]2.The molecular structures were confirmed by single crystal X-ray analysis,and the catalytic performance of these stable iridium complexes in amide synthesis was studied.
