Large mining and high fully mechanized mining surface can achieve higher yield and efficiency,along with low consumption and low labor intensity,but the intensity of coal breaking dust production also increases dramatically,which seriously affects the production environment of fully mechanized mining surface and threatens the occupational safety and health of workers.Under the influence of mining height and ventilation flow,the effective range of tracking spray of high fully mechanized mining surface is antagonistic with the atomization performance.According to the current problem,a new cyclone nozzle is developed based on the spray dust removal mechanism and the actual situation of the fully mechanized mining face.Using theoretical analysis,test determination,numerical simulation and field application,it are used to optimize the tracking spray dust removal technology,which effectively improves the tracking spray dust removal efficiency of high fully mechanized mining surface and improves the production environment of fully mechanized mining surface.The main research contents and results are as follows:The mathematical model of working face spray dust removal was established,and the main factors affecting spray dust removal were determined.Based on the test results of hongliulin 25212 fully mechanized mining surface,the best spray dust removal range for the working face is 30-120 um.Based on fluid mechanics and gas-liquid collision condensation mechanism,a new cyclone nozzle is developed,and the test results show that the optimal comprehensive spray performance under the same pressure is 7MPa,with the highest particle size in the range of 30-120 um,reaching71.62%.The longest effective range,the maximum atomization angle,and moderate flow,respectively.Using Fluent software,the tracking spray effect under 3,5 and 7MPa pressure is simulated.The simulation results show that the tracking spray under 7MPa spray pressure is less affected by the wind flow,the spray droplet concentration is the largest,and it is easier to form the partial closed cross-sectional fog curtain wall of the shearer.Optimize and adjust the delay time and the distance from the shearer,Test the new cyclone nozzle in the field,The test results show that when the 5 and 6 rollers and 2and 3 hydraulic supports on the downside are opened,When the spray is delayed for 2 seconds,The best comprehensive dust removal effect,The dust settlement effect at 5m under the tracking spray is the best,Total dust removal rate is 71.6%,Dust and dust rate 65.4%,Compared with the original tracking spray dust removal rate of the working face,The total dust removal rate increased from 54.9% to 71.6%,The dust removal rate increased from 45.4% to 65.4%,To realize the effective improvement of the production environment of the fully mechanized mining face.Figure 42 Table 16 Reference 79...
