Research On Emergencies Management Of Dalian Metro

Since the reform and opening-up of our country,all walks of life have been developing rapidly,and the infrastructure construction has been advancing by leaps and bounds,especially after China’s accession to the World Trade Organization,its economy has grown rapidly and the process of urbanization has been accelerating,The number of motor vehicles has reached new heights,and the concept of carbon emission accelerates the renewal of travel mode and promotes the rapid development of subway,which plays an important role in modern travel mode.Not only that,the subway also gives the people to travel to add the enormous convenience,but also accompanies each kind of security question.Because the subway is underground,the density of passenger flow is high in a short time,the space is relatively narrow,and involves many professional equipment and so on.The subway is characterized by special environment,closed space,dense passenger flow,large number of professional equipment and complex technology,plus the unpredictability of emergencies,all these make rail transit have strict requirements on emergency response,personnel evacuation,material support information submission,etc.There are many reasons for emergencies,in recent years,reports on various emergencies of urban rail transit are still heard all over the country,in particular,in 2021,“7.20 Rainwater Backflow Event”of Zhengzhou Metro Line 5 in Henan Province,it has brought us profound lessons and inspiration.If the emergency can not be handled timely and effectively,it is bound to cause huge losses to people and property,it will cause serious adverse social impact.Therefore,the research on emergency management of emergencies in urban rail transit operation is still of great significance in today’s urban development.The research on emergency management is still in the stage of exploratory learning,based on the analysis of the current situation of emergency management in Dalian Subway,this paper collects some emergency cases of Dalian subway in recent years according to the nature of the incident,this paper summarizes the successful action and preliminary effect of emergency management in Dalian Metro.Besides,it focuses on exploring the“one case,three systems”of emergency management in Dalian Subway,it is found that the contents of emergency plan,personnel quality,system and mechanism construction,operational efficiency,etc.Based on the problems revealed by the emergency management of Dalian Subway,the paper comprehensively applies relevant theories and adopts the method of combining theoretical research with field investigation,with the help of the subway emergency management process at home and abroad have had the advanced experience and measures of analysis and exploration.Based on the research and analysis of the characteristics of Dalian subway,the paper puts forward that the promotion direction of the emergency management should be from four aspects: strengthening the overall planning and interface coordination of the emergency plan,the linkage ability among the emergency organizations and agencies,strengthening the operation mechanism,and enhancing the overall quality of the staff.The significance of this paper is to make forward-looking concrete measures for the emergency management of Dalian subway,take this opportunity to improve the emergency management of Dalian Metro emergency to provide replicable,can be extended measures.
