| Inspection chamber commonly known as "pit well",is a drainage accessory building built in the underground pipeline location at regular intervalsfor regularly for inspecting,cleaning,clearing.Plastic inspection chambers have taken place of traditional brick inspection chambers for the advantages of construction period,the stability of quality.This paper takes plastic inspection chamber pressure test machine for the study and analyzes the problem of different speed in force loading.It firstly introduced the plastic inspection chambers,testing machine and the control technology,then formed the functions and the important parameters of test machined according to the use conditions of plastic inspection chambers,the products industry standards and the need of product development test.The paper applies the electro-hydraulic digital control technology in plastic inspection well testing machine load test control system designing.It demonstrated the electro-hydraulic digital control system circuit,inferred the transfer function of speed control system,built the simulation model using Matlab software,analyzed the stability of control system and the static,dynamic performance,and added PID correction links to further improve system performance.The paper uses speed-force control to realize the compound control of pressure and flow,solves the problem of the position disturbance affecting the test by compound control,and controls the loading speed to reduce the impact,so that it can realize the simulating of different load.The results showed that the application of electro-hydraulic digital control technology is feasible.After adding the PID correction link,the system’s steady-state error is zero,has good low-frequency performance and fast response speed,the speed and force control error is also within the allowable range,and can meet the design requirements. |
