| With the development of electro hydraulic proportional control technology, it has been playing an important role in the field of hydraulic control. Meanwhile, with the improvement of proportional element and computer technology, now proportional valve's property is already well-matched with servo valve. So proportional valve has been abroad applied to realm of industry's control. Electro-hydraulic proportional control system is a hydraulic control system base on technology of proportional control. On the one hand, its theory is nor perfect as well at present, on the other hand, it is a profound subject that how combines the theory with practice in any project overall.In this paper. I take a honingmachine made in Germany by KADIA as researching object. I imitate a design method of servo system and apply to this control system. The core of method base on system modeling. The estimate of the proportion valve's parameter base on stylebook of proportion valve. The paper tried to analyse the electro-hydraulic proportion force and speed control system of the honing machine. This is a theory research base on the face control of the electro-hydraulic proportion svstem. |
