Study On The "Pan-entertainment" Characteristic Towns Planning From The Perspective Of Town-Industry Integration

With the development of Internet technology,there are tremendous changes in the industrial economy,domestic consumption,and even the spatial pattern of cities in the new era.As China’s economy has entered a new normal,the Internet innovation culture has become a new choice for the development of the industry in response to the times.The construction of an innovative cultural industry must be connected to the real economy.2014,Zhejiang Province has proposed a new urban-rural space model for the first time,which based on the development of characteristic industries-Characteristic Towns.In 2014,for the first time,Zhejiang Province proposed a new type of spatial model based on the development of characteristic industries in urban and rural,which named Characteristic Towns,provided a practical vehicle for the development of innovative cultural industries.As a kind of innovation culture,the pan-entertainment industry is a new type of cultural industry that integrates Internet technology and is close to the people’s life,and is a transformation and upgrading of the traditional entertainment industry.Therefore,many small towns choose to use “pan-entertainment” as a characteristic industry and integrate it into the construction of Characteristic Towns.However,the Internet properties and cultural-recreational features of the “pan-entertainment” industry make the spatial construction different from the traditional models such as industrial parks and theme parks.In addition,in the boom of the construction of Characteristic Towns,many small towns have played the so-called "characteristic" banner of the pan-entertainment.They lack the support of actual suitable projects.Whether they can operate in the long term is still worth pondering.Therefore,under the premise of integration of the Internet innovation culture,the Characteristic Towns of the pan-entertainment industry clearly defines the intrinsic characteristics of the pan-entertainment industry,realizes the effective interconnection of the virtual networked entertainment industry and the physical space of the featured towns,and combines the characteristics of the pan-entertainment industry with the fan economy to realize The township fusion is the main purpose of this article.This article takes the pan-entertainment industry characteristics town as the research object,based on the combination of industrial economics and urban-rural planning,starting from the intrinsic features of the pan-entertainment industry,combining with its industrial characteristics,user characteristics,and spatial characteristics,based on the problem,the paper puts forward town-industry integration planning strategies based on the spatial positioning structure,functional organization,and style of the township,which integrates the IP core,user needs,and industrial characteristics.Combining with Industrial Economics Method to build an online and offline industry systems,effectively docking small town entity space.Combining the requirements of user,build a micro-circulation hybrid themed functional unit layout model,reasonably organize the three functions of “production,residence,and travel”.Using VI(Visual Identity)visual design to create a character image that fits the connotation of the pan-entertainment industry.Through the examples for this study,this paper summarizes three conclusions: Firstly,the town-industry integration plan for the pan-entertainment industry town,must be clearly defined in the nature and characteristics of the industry.In order to Combine the actual conditions of the town to conduct industrial screening;Secondly,the nature of Internet entertainment in the pan-entertainment industry determines that people are the coupling point between the virtual industry and physical space.The combination of visits,experiences,consumer demand and the diversified functions of “production,residence,and travel” is a necessary way to realize the integration of industry and space functions;Thirdly,the spatial features of the Characteristic Towns in the pan-entertainment industry must be shaped through VI’s visual design,to visually represent the virtual industrial content,and combine with physical space.Combining the project practice of the E-sports town in Zhongxian,Chongqing,The planning ideas and strategies proposed in this paper for town-industry integration,can provide reference for the research and construction of Characteristic Towns which have similar industrial characteristics.As China’s pan-entertainment industry is still in a period of development,the practice cases of Characteristic Towns are still not enough.With the future research and practical cases,the research of this paper has need to be deepened.
