Technical Application Of High Mold In Construction Site

Nowadays,high modulus applications in building engineering is increasing,to a certain extent,improve the overall construction progress and quality,but also often construction safety accident,cause economic losses and casualties,produced by the collapse,has a bad influence to society.As a result,the paper in the high mode construction,build a systematic set of rules and operation mechanism,in the process of construction through interlocking countermeasures to eliminate the accident in the construction,from the construction design,material selection,construction technology and so on the multiple perspectives as the breakthrough point,continue to improve product construction design scheme,the promotion of the overall management level of construction project team,will be introduced to the builder’s training education level,thus the maximum extent,to avoid high mould safety accident in construction,for the safety of the engineering construction progress to provide a good reference significance and reference value.This paper studied the high modulus construction management at home and abroad the status quo,analysis of the current problems existing in the construction and the commonly used method,then expounds the high mould related theory,mainly around the characteristics of high formwork,requirements,design and application,etc.Then based on a subway station project as an example,analyze respectively from six aspects:(1)from the perspective of the whole process of performance and the erection,gives a bowl of scaffold design in detail,and an analysis of the application;(2)analyze the operation principle of the high support die bracket,thus providing a solid theoretical basis for the design of the foundation pit high support formwork;(3)from the perspectives of multiple operation,detailed in the quality of high modulus of foundation pit design,and puts forward countermeasures to ensure the quality of concrete,and thus to reduce accidents and improve safety awareness to provide the reference for engineers;(4)to carry out construction exploration on the possible risk sources of high support die support,and give specific emergency design scheme based on the potential factors;(5)the design verification book of the bracket template is given,which provides a good guiding role for the subsequent design.
