In recent years,mobile scaffolding system due to a procedural step, short construction period, linear and easy to control, transportation and construction for a wide range of small effect, etc., stand out in a number of bridge construction process. But the study of movable scaffolding construction technology of 55 m span and above is not deep. In this paper, the Beaches of Dongting Lake Bridge approach spans 13 tenders with lifting beams MSS55 movable frame bridge machine machinery for the study, the results have been summarizing the problems with the study, based on the lifting beam in accordance with the MSS55 mobile formwork experience in actual construction, and its construction techniques were more detailed analysis and research, we have made a number of valuable conclusions:1.Through the use of the finite element program MIDAS FEA for MSS55 type moving die carrier structure with hanging beams calculated theoretically studied the movable formwork overall security and stability; using FBR_CAL_SUO continuous beams with movable formwork were simulation, the theoretical value of the construction process, a key condition of deflection and stress;2.The preparation of the test program and the pre-pressure test, collection site preload test critical control sections stress and deflection data analysis obtained mold to withstand deformation and stress variation of different test loads. To preload the experimental test data and calculated using the theory FBR_CAL_SUO obtained data were compared to verify the security of mobile formwork;3.Deflection found by movable formwork continuous pouring beam, prestressed and off-mode condition of three key control section of the monitoring and comparative analysis of structural parameters correction based on the calculated value FBR_CAL_SUO software was carried out Analysis of the whole process of the revised camber reasonable;4.Research the characteristics of mobile formwork law, propose safety measures with lifting beams MSS55 type movable formwork to form, it gives detailed requirements for routine maintenance inspection, maintenance and repair for everyday use, normally provide the basis for safe construction.
