Research On The Construction Model Of Songyang Rural Village Under The Background Of Traditional Village Protection

In recent years,with China’s emphasis on the protection of traditional villages and the proposal of rural revitalization strategies,a wave of construction has been launched in China for the protection and development of traditional villages,and many excellent model villages and model villages have emerged.Rural construction has played a demonstrative and leading role.But at the same time,it also exposed the shortcomings of the traditional construction model of creating model villages at the village level as a large investment,slow effect,and insufficient flexibility in the short term.At the same time,the entire village construction has a greater impact on the overall style of the village,which is not conducive to the protection of the village..Therefore,a more flexible and sustainable construction model is particularly important for my country’s traditional village construction at this stage.Under this background,the thesis selected the traditional village construction in Songyang area of Zhejiang Province after 2013 as the research object,and conducted a systematic study on its construction mode.There are three main modes of construction of traditional villages in Songyang area,of which the two modes of whole village relocation and spontaneous construction are not much different from the construction of other areas,and account for a relatively small proportion in the construction of traditional villages in Songyang.The third mode of construction of traditional villages in Yang-architectural acupuncture mode was studied.The thesis collected,sorted and classified the acupuncture building practice cases in the construction of Songtong Village in Songyang in 2013,and selected 9 most representative cases according to the acupuncture site selection planning,design implementation and later operation steps In-depth analysis is used as the basis for the construction of acupuncture model.Then on the basis of the case study,the organization strategy of the model was explored,and the characteristics and advantages of its organization model were explored from the aspects of its capital control,participation force,organizational structure,construction objects and action mechanism.It pointed out the applicable objects and scope of the construction model,and provided practical and feasible choice directions for decision-making departments at all levels in other regions in the future.Finally,combined with the case analysis,the six aspects of the acupuncture building repair technology,site selection and layout,function placement,space creation,technology application and material performance of the traditional village construction in Songyang were analyzed in slices.In part,it is summarized and summarized to form a set of technical manuals with guidance,which can provide reference and reference for relevant technical personnel.
