The Research On Rural Construction Strategy Guided By Rural Complex Policy Orientation

Under the strategic background of "rural rejuvenation" in the new era,as a new concept,new idea and new target,rural complex is closely related to rural construction.Since 2017,the central document since the proposed rural complex number one,people's attention all the time gradually increased,there are a lot of media commentary as "the characteristic town after a forefront" "critical point" in 2017 investmen.Under the development trend of fire,academic circles more need in practice constantly sum up the experiences of the construction of rural complex and calm to analyze its inner essence.With keeping with The Times,we will give more valuable content to the rural complex in the future,adjust measures to local conditions for our country large areas of the country revitalization contribute actual strength.But related to the study of rural complex exploration is still in the primary stage,the systematic research is relatively lack,few scholars from the village itself is to discuss the practical significance and the essential connotation of rural complex.In this article,through the rural complex development philosophy combined with rural construction practice,not only for rural construction,put forward the new strategy,but also help from the rural basic level to carry out the implementation of rural complex,the related research with theoretical reference value and the value of accumulation of cases,the specific research contents are as follows.First,interpreting the concepts of rural complex and rural construction.By sorting out the literatures related to idyllic complex and rural construction,and summarizing the research achievements and progress of the predecessors,this paper lays a theoretical foundation for this research.Secondly,reviewing the course of rural construction in China,the development of China's rural development is summarized from the perspective of national construction,andthe problems of rural development in China are summarized.Thirdly,by comparing the rural complex with the construction of new countryside and the construction of beautiful countryside,this paper analyzes the target of rural construction in different periods.Summarizes the characteristics of the three development goals and analyzes the connection and difference between the rural complex and the new rural construction and the beautiful countryside construction.Fourthly,around the development goals of rural complex,combining invertors river ecological art town,wuxi rural east,such as success stories,from rural industry and rural landscape,infrastructure,public services,safeguard the rural development rural realistic route of synthesi.Finally,regard the village construction of PL village as the foothold of research,through comprehensive analysis of the status quo of the village,with rural complex as the guide of rural development,explore the innovative country construction strategy for the village.
