| With the large-scale construction of nuclear power plants,the information ization demand of Chinese nuclear power enterprises increases constantly,especially for the management service of operation maintenance.However,the current service of operation maintenance has some deficiencies.For example,the repair service is not convenient because IT problems are often reflected offline through telephone and mails.Many repair orders cannot be allocated timely and efficiently and lead to poor customer experience.And the imperfect evaluation system cannot mobilize the enthusiasm of staffs.To solve these problems,this thesis designs and implements an IT service management system based on Wechat mini program,which realizes the mobile and automatic service.Machine learning algorithms are used to classify repair orders automatically to improve maintenance efficiency.The entropy-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adapted to evaluate the quality of operation and maintenance service.Wechat mini program can effectively satisfy the mobile requirements of users,and facilitate the rapid and convenient repair service.Four machine learning algorithms correctly classify repair orders,where the neural network algorithm achieves the best performance.Our new evaluation system adopts more scientific and reasonable scoring functions,which are helpful for the performance assessment of operation and maintenance staffs. |
