Owing to its convenience,fastness and high space utilization,subway of key cities has developed rapidly in recent years and has gradually become the first choice for citizens traveling by pubic.However,with the increasing scale of urban subway network,the problem of huge energy consumption is greater,which makes it urgent to carry on energy saving research.The energy consumed when subway operation occupies a large proportion of all,so it has a lot of potential for energy saving.Energy saving operation and regenerative braking energy utilization serve as the effective ways to reduce the energy consumption of train operation easily at a low cost.The research on subway operating energy saving from above two aspects shows important theory significance and engineering application value for reducing energy consumption of the subway system and realizing the sustainable development.First of all,in the aspect of single train energy saving operation between stations,the strategy of energy-saving operation between stations was analyzed according to different conditions of the line,and the operation strategy of long and steep downhill section was improved.Taking the energy consumption of subway running between stations minimum as the optimization goal,and taking the operation time,distance and speed limit conditions into full consideration,the operation energy consumption model of subway between stations was constructed with the train operation condition switching point as decision variable.Furthermore,the genetic algorithm is applied to solve the model and get the best control curves when train running between stations.Then,in the respect of regenerative braking energy utilization of multiple trains,based on the single train energy saving operation between stations,the utilization of regenerative braking energy among multiple trains is further considered.Based on the influence of schedule factors such as headway and stop time on the utilization of regenerative braking energy of multiple trains,a calculation method based on power coding matrix is proposed to solve the utilization of regenerative braking energy in full line,and a corresponding multiple trains energy consumption model is built.Due to the high dimension of multiple trains solution,on the basis of the traditional differential evolution algorithm,the scaling factor adjustment parameters was introduced to improve the algorithm and solve the model,aiming to maximize the regenerative braking energy utilization.Take the Nanning Subway Line 2 as an example and carry out case simulation.The simulation results showed that both single train energy-saving operation between stations and regenerative braking energy utilization of multiple trains can optimize the energy conservation and have good energy saving effects.Compared with the time-saving strategy,the comprehensive energy saving rate of the two reached 56.31%.Finally,on the basis of the above research,an integrated energy-saving subway train operation simulation system has been developed,which can be used to guide the train energy-saving operation between stations and timetable optimization design and production to achieve the goal of integrated energy saving for train operation.
