In each kind of engineering structure, it exists various undetermined factor, such as the physical property, several parameter of the structure and some loads carried by the structure (for example the wind load, wave load and the seismic load etc.). Because the limitation of knowledge and the indetermination of factors, these factors are described for a function of random field and random processes of time. Because the influence of these random factors can not be neglected, the behavior of the structure is no longer certain. we have the necessity to carry on the reliability analysis to the structure, It is the research direction of this paper. Reliability analysis of structure is evaluating the loading ability of the structure by considering the indetermination of all variation.For the large or more complicated structure, we must depend on the number method to solve the problem. The stochastic finite element method is an emollient tool.Generally, the random analysis of the structure system can be divided into two types. One is not statistical method. This kind of method which will get the number character of output variation adopt methods of random analysis and solving control function. Perturb stochastic finite element method is not statistical method which is most commonly used. On the foundation of certain finite element, the variation of uncertain parameter is leaded into the function. Then we can describe the influence of the physical parameter which we need to know.So far, for laminated glass which is very thin and whose center layer is thinner than the plank, its structural analytical theories have not yet become a set of independent system. All of the researchers and designers study the laminated glass only by the experiment. In engineering design, We just safely consider the laminated glass as two pieces of single layer glasses. This is impractical obviously. This paper rendered a accurate finite element format, according to the curving theory of the laminated glass.In actual engineering, because the laminated glass is exposed in outside environment which is changing for long time, the PVB will become more and more worse randomly. Along with the development of damage, the connection of PVB and the plate will become worse. In this paper, the damage of the plate is not considered.
