In recent years,the scale of civil aviation transportation in China has continued to increase,the competitiveness of airlines has continued to grow,and the requirements for civil aviation safety and operational efficiency have further increased.Among them,is improving the reliability of aircraft and its components is the key.As the industry accelerates its digital transformation,the reliability analysis of aircraft and its components based on historical data has become a focus of attention in the academic field and practical engineering practice.The Intergrated Driven Generator(IDG),as the core power component of the aircraft power supply system,provides constant frequency alternating current for the on-board electrical equipment,which is an important guarantee for aircraft flight safety during reliable operation.Therefore,this paper analyzes the reliability of the aircraft IDG based on the historical failure maintenance data of the aircraft IDG,and puts forward relevant maintenance and repair suggestions,which is of great significance for improving the efficiency of the aircraft and ensuring the safe operation of the aircraft.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:(1)The basic principles of reliability analysis are sorted out in detail from three aspects,the basic theory of reliability,reliability parameter estimation method based on failure maintenance data,and data analysis based on failure maintenance data.(2)Through the processing and analysis of the aircraft IDG fault data,it is found that the aircraft IDG,as an aviation component,has the characteristics of high reliability requirements and the ability to obtain fault data as a small sample.Therefore,this paper takes the two-parameter Weibull distribution as an example,and uses least squares support vector regression(LSSVR),support vector regression(SVR)and least squares regression(LSR)to estimate the reliability distribution parameters of aircraft IDG.Combining examples and Monte Carlo simulation,through comparative analysis,it is obtained that the aircraft IDG reliability analysis accuracy under the LSSVR algorithm is higher,and this method can evaluate the reliability of aircraft IDG more objectively.(3)In order to deeply analyze the failure maintenance data of aircraft IDG,the key factors in the data of the aircraft IDG are extracted: the cause of the failure,the time of the failure,the phenomenon of the failure,etc.The FP-growth algorithm is used to establish an association rule model,and conduct association rule mining on key indicators.According to the results of the strong association rules,relevant suggestions are made for the daily service of the aircraft IDG.Finally,combining the maintenance concept of "reliability-centered maintenance" in the aviation field and the working principle of aircraft IDG,the reliability analysis of aircraft IDG is carried out,and corresponding maintenance suggestions are put forward.It provides a reference for optimizing the aircraft IDG maintenance program,improving operational efficiency and ensuring the safe operation of aircraft.
