From the point of view of engineering application,an experimental study on engine control is carried out in this paper on the basis of a certain type of micro-turbojet engine.The experimental platform and test system were built,and the main control program was designed.Under the condition of the combination of software and hardware,the control of the target engine was realized.The main research work includes:First,a theoretical analysis is made on the characteristic cross-section parameters of a certain type of micro turbojet engine.Under the given initial conditions,the thermodynamic parameters of the characteristic section were obtained through the aero-thermodynamic calculation of the engine components.The theoretical performance parameters of the object engine are calculated,and a set of experimental platform suitable for measuring the operating parameters of the engine is set up.Secondly,in order to achieve accurate fuel supply in the process of starting,to solve the problem of starting over temperature.In this paper,the method of controlling the fuel pump by stepping motor is adopted,and the speed of stepping motor is controlled precisely by the control program.The rationality of the method is verified by experiments.The design of fuel flow control system is emphatically completed,and the timing sequence of engine control is obtained by actual measurement.By analyzing the requirements of the software and hardware of the control system,the construction of the control hardware system is completed,which mainly includes: CPU module,power module,serial communication module and signal conditioning and driving module.Completed the design of the main control program,the main content includes: communication module,A/D acquisition module and PWM output module.Finally,through the control hardware system,combined with the control program written by the previous experimental data,the overall control of the engine is realized.The effectiveness of the program is verified by the control experiment.By comparing the theoretical engine performance with the experimental data,the rationality of the experimental results is further verified.
