In recent years,my country’s rapid economic development has gradually increased the demand for civil aviation transportation.In addition,my country’s airport cluster construction has begun to take shape,and the airport cluster system has gradually improved.However,it is comparable to the large mature airport clusters worldwide.In contrast,there are still problems such as the lack of clear positioning of some workers in the airport cluster and the uneven development level among various airports.The relatively high degree of homogeneity of routes between airports and unreasonable route network layouts are common,which will give air traffic management a boost.More pressure came.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of air traffic management and ensure the safe and orderly operation of aircraft in the airspace of the airport cluster terminal area,this paper combines multi-layer clustering analysis to extract the spatiotemporal patterns of aircraft movement from a large amount of trajectory data,thereby identifying The air traffic flow model provides a reference for ensuring the safety of aircraft operations in the terminal area and improving operational efficiency.First,the DBSCAN density clustering algorithm is used to identify the trajectory pattern of the airport group from a spatial perspective,and combined with the actual operation of the capital airport group,the operation analysis of the trajectory pattern of the capital airport group is carried out;Secondly,according to the movement trend of the aircraft along the same path in the space dimension and start or end in the same time interval,the concept of spatiotemporal traffic flow is proposed,and the trajectory is classified using the random forest method,and the flow is identified as conforming to the same standard route For the time-related traffic flow,the trajectory cluster daily flow matrix is established on the time series data through the hierarchical clustering method,and the best classification is selected to complete the cluster grouping to obtain the traffic flow pattern(combination of multiple trajectory patterns of aircraft operation within a certain period of time),And use the three indicators of the maximum frequency of the main flow structure,the median residence time of the flow structure,and the median of the flow structure change to analyze the traffic flow characteristics of the airport to obtain the traffic flow pattern and characteristics of the airport cluster;Finally,the establishment of traffic flow model evaluation indicators,the use of structural path extension measurement value S,airspace structure efficiency,lateral traffic flow efficiency,time traffic flow efficiency and ASMA extra time five indicators to analyze the efficiency of the capital airport cluster traffic flow model.
