| With the development of Chinese air transport industry,passengers and the civil aviation cargo volume have been increasing year by year.Traditional cargo container transportation equipment,such as loading plate and container,has gradually failed to meet the transportation demand of light box quality and anti-impact.Recently,many of plastic materials are produced,and the development of metal-nonmetal integration technology,it is possible to replace the main material of civil aviation transportation box.Therefore,it is necessary and possible to design a new type of civil aviation transport box with nonmetallic material as the main material and metal material as reinforcement material,light weight and impact resistance.According to the performance collection and selection of the existing plastic processing materials,the suitable plastic materials and metal reinforcement materials for the main body of the box body are selected.Collect the data of cargo tank size of common models in China and determine the design basis of the box size.Using CATIA software to design the top and bottom of the box are designed with concave convex edge coupling structure.The height of convex edge and the angle of four sides of convex edge make influence of the impact resistance of the coupling structure design.In order to enhance the impact resistance of the air transport box,we should add reinforcement structure which the material we choose is aluminum alloy into the plastic box.The shape of aluminum alloy structure’s design will influence the impact resistance of the air transport box.The impact resistance of plastic-aluminum alloy layer is influenced by the position of the whole air transport box.The influence of the grid size and width of the aluminum alloy strip on the impact energy is also studied.According to the analysis of the max total deformation position of plastic box,grid aluminum alloy reinforced structure is added to the easily deformed position.The drop test is carried out under 7 working conditions respectively.The maximum deformation under each drop condition is compared with that of pure plastic box.In order to analyze the natural frequency of the new type of civil air transport box,the modal analysis is carried out,and the random vibration analysis is carried out by using the power spectral density in the process of air transport.Finding the maximum total deformation and the position,the research is made the case and the cover are not separated,the box has not plastic deformation or damage,and it can meet the normal requirements of air transportation. |
