With the continuous growth of domestic airport flight volume,the flight delay of airport group becomes serious,and flight time optimization is one of the important means to alleviate the flight delay.Therefore,it is the key to solve the problem of flight delay in airport group to explore how to optimize the flight time of airport group.This paper studies the flight schedule optimization problem from the perspective of conflict point capacity constraints.Firstly,this paper explains the concept of airport group,describes the development status of four major airport groups in China,and evaluates their operation efficiency based on Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA).Secondly,the domestic and foreign research status of flight schedule optimization methods are summarized and adjusted,and the basic model of flight schedule optimization is obtained and applied to Pudong Airport and Yangtze River Delta Airport Group flight schedule.The optimized flight schedule is obtained by using simulated annealing algorithm and TOPSIS method,and simulated and verified by airtop simulation software.Then,on the basis of analyzing the flight program of Pudong Airport,the single airport flight schedule optimization model based on the capacity constraint of program conflict point is constructed and solved by simulated annealing algorithm,which is applied to Pudong Airport and verified by simulation.Finally,the concept of rationality index of flight schedule deviation allocation is proposed,and the Bi objective programming model of airport group flight schedule optimization is constructed and solved by simulated annealing algorithm,which is applied to the Yangtze River Delta airport group and verified by simulation.The results show that flight schedule optimization can alleviate the problem of flight delay and reduce the number of conflicts between controllers and aircrafts.
