At a time of coordinated development of the world economy,especially in the process of transformation,modernization and ongoing reform and development of Chinese state-owned enterprises,how to stimulate the subjective initiative of employees,support employees to work,tackle difficulties and act actively,and play a greater role in the effective implementation of the company’s core task,It is a major problem that stateowned enterprises need to effectively solve at present.Based on this,this paper will learn from and use the research results of management,psychology,organizational behavior and other disciplines,an analysis of the current situation and problems in the Staff Strategy of Company J in a State-owned enterprise according to a number of reasons,and put forward optimization suggestions of incentive strategy.The specific research process is as follows:Firstly,through the method of literature analysis,this paper studies various theories of incentive strategies at home and abroad,especially the content incentive theory such as demand hierarchy theory and process incentive theory such as expectation theory,which provides theoretical support for the research of this paper.Then,by means of questionnaires and random interviews,this paper specifically understands the satisfaction and feeling of J company’s employees on the company’s incentive strategy,salary and welfare,career promotion,work feeling and the effect of various incentive methods,and finds out the existing problems of J company’s employee incentive strategy.Finally,through the systematic analysis of the problems and reasons existing in the employee incentive strategy of J company,combined with the actual situation of J company,this thesis puts forward "5514" optimization suggestions for the existing incentive strategy,namely five principles,five optimization,one strengthening and four guarantees.This thesis is the author’s research on the current situation and improvement of J company’s incentive strategy in the process of learning organizational behavior,management and various incentive theories,combined with many years of work experience and work experience.The author hopes to put forward some understanding and suggestions for the employee incentive strategy of J company through this research,hoping to provide better help for the long-term development of J company.
