Abstract/Summary:
With the development of economic globalization,the demand for trade is increasing,the global shipping industry has made great progress,the scale is expanding,and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to improve the service level of the port and adapt to the rapid development of container transportation,the automatic container terminal has become the key development direction of the port with the advantages of high operation efficiency and low labor cost.According to the construction mode,the automation terminal is divided into new automation terminal and reconstruction automation terminal.The yard layout is vertical and parallel to the coastline.The resources required for its operation are generally divided into automation equipment resources,facility resources and production management resources,among which the operation efficiency of automation equipment resources is the key to the efficiency of the whole terminal container system.Automatic equipment resources include quary crane for ship loading and unloading,and automatic guided vehicle(AGV)for horizontal transportation,unmanned truck and straddle truck,and automated rail mounted gantry crane(ARMG)for yard operation and other resources,the efficiency of multi equipment resource collaborative scheduling has become one of the important indicators to measure the competitiveness of the terminal,and also an important factor to affect customer satisfaction.Therefore,the research on the multi equipment resource collaborative scheduling optimization of automated container terminal has become the concern of terminal operators and academic circles.The research object of this paper is the equipment resources of the automation terminal,focusing on the efficient collaborative scheduling optimization among various equipment resources.Through the analysis of the research results at home and abroad,it is found that there are many researches on the multi resource collaborative scheduling of the new automatic terminal,and there is no research on the optimization of the collaborative scheduling of AGV path and three kinds of equipment resources at the same time.Therefore,this paper focuses on the cooperative scheduling optimization among the quay crane,AGV and ARMG of the automated terminal.Based on the analysis of the resource elements and the characteristics of the loading and unloading process of the automation terminal,establishes the integrated optimization model of the automation terminal quay crane,AGV and ARMG with the objective function of minimizing the maximum completion time of the task;analyzes a variety of intelligent optimization algorithms,designs simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the model,and designs adaptive generalized particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem Finally,the effectiveness of the integrated optimization model and the simulated annealing particle swarm optimization method is proved in the experimental results of standard particle swarm optimization algorithm,adaptive generalized particle swarm optimization algorithm and simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm.
