With the rapid development of semiconductor,new energy,logistics and other industries,linear motor has been widely used in the industry because of its advantages of high speed,high precision and high dynamics.The primary segmented linear motor avoids the drag of cables in the movement of long stroke,and reduces the control cost and manufacturing cost.When the mover moves for a long distance,the acquisition of the mover position is very important.The traditional grating and magnetic grating sensors will connect components on the mover.How to obtain the accurate position of the mover and there can be no wire connection on the mover has become a big problem.Therefore,this paper uses Hall sensor to feedback the mover position,obtains the position information through the arrangement of magnetic steel on the mover,designs the structure and circuit of Hall sensor,improves the feedback accuracy of Hall sensor through algorithm optimization,and realizes the coordinated control of primary segmented linear motor.Firstly,according to the structure of the primary segmented linear motor,the moving magnetic linear motor structure is adopted to avoid the drag caused by the cable.The motion process of the primary segmented linear motor is analyzed.For the signal transmission of multi-sensor,the system topology structure based on multi-sensor is designed to realize the coordinated control of the controller to the whole system,and the primary segmented linear motor is mathematically modeled,The control method of mover motion on segmented stator is designed.Secondly,aiming at the problem of Hall sensor signal processing,the position feedback method combining the improved Hall sensor signal processing method and the sliding mode observer based on phase-locked loop is used to solve the problem of low feedback accuracy of Hall sensor.For the feedback signal error caused by installation and temperature drift,the methods of hall sector update and least square polynomial fitting are used to reduce the error and improve the anti-interference of Hall sensor.Then,for the design of the hardware circuit of the hall sensor,three Hall circuits and two hall circuits are used to carry out the position feedback and motion interval feedback of the mover respectively.The DC-DC power step-down circuit is used to provide stable power supply for the hall sensor.At the same time,the processor circuit and communication circuit are designed to realize the calculation and transmission of the hall feedback signal.According to the communication of different parts of the system,the communication topology of segmented linear motor is designed to realize the coordinated control of the controller to the whole system.Through the simulation analysis of the magnetic field of linear motor,the installation distance of Hall sensor is obtained.Finally,the motion process of the primary segmented linear motor is simulated to verify that the electromagnetic thrust received by the mover in the operation process is unchanged.The hall sensor is made and the primary segmented linear motor platform based on the hall sensor is built.The output signal and communication signal of the hall sensor are tested and verified by experiments. |
