With the deepening of the energy crisis and more and more prominent environmental problems,the development and utilization of clean energy is more and more urgent.Distributed energy generation technology,which is mainly based on green and clean energy such as wind energy and solar energy,has also developed rapidly.Distributed energy generation can effectively integrate micro-grid,which gives full play to the advantages of various energy generation and can operate flexibly in the connected state and isolated state.When the micro-grid system is connected to the large grid,the quality of power supply and the security and reliability of power supply are improved.However,due to the fluctuation of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation and the diversity of power sources,the optimal output scheduling of each distributed energy generation unit in the micro-grid is a complex technical problem.The output optimal scheduling problem of each micro power source in micro grid system is a nonlinear optimization problem with multiple variables and constraints.Traditional optimization algorithm can not optimize the corresponding results,intelligent optimization algorithm because of its unique optimization way and superior performance in the field of micro grid scheduling operation has been widely used.Among intelligent algorithms,particle swarm optimization is most widely used because of its advantages of fast convergence,few parameters and high accuracy.However,it also has the disadvantages of premature convergence.Based on the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm,this paper proposes an improvement,and carries out global search,local search,collaborative global search and local search respectively through equally and randomly dividing the population into three categories,so as to achieve the results of labor division search and collaborative optimization.An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm,multi-population particle swarm optimization,is constructed and its effectiveness is verified by standard function.In this paper,a micro grid optimization scheduling model consisting of micro power sources of wind power generation,photovoltaic power generation,micro gas turbine,fuel cell and energy storage device is established,and the generation principle related to micro power source is introduced.This paper proposes the objective function of operation scheduling based on the maximization of the comprehensive benefits of operation,and formulates the scheduling strategy for the operation of micro-grid in isolated island operation and grid-connected operation,and formulates the corresponding constraint conditions.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm in this paper--multi-population particle swarm optimization algorithm was adopted to solve the mathematical model in the micro grid,determine the output power of each micro power source under the constraint condition,and the correctness of the improved algorithm proposed in this paper and its applicability to the optimal scheduling of micro-grid system are verified by example analysis.
