With the rapid consumption of traditional primary energy,China strongly supports the development of new energy technology.Although the scale of thermal power expanded rapidly,it is still an urgent task to satisfy the sustained and rapidly developing electricity demand.Alongside with electricity demand,users' requirement of heating and cooling power demand is improving as well.Distributed energy supplying has become one of the most important method to fulfill energy supplying of users.As a most significant form of Energy Internet,micro energy grid received much support from government both in policy and in technology.Based on the background above,the paper concentrated on the research on allocation and operation optimization of micro energy grid.First,the paper submitted the development present situation of micro energy grid.Then the paper introduced the main structure of micro energy grid,and researched on the output characteristic and operation model of devices of micro energy grid.Next,the paper established a multi objective optimal model of micro energy grid's allocation aimed at lowest total cost and most environmental friendliness.I modified traditional particle swarm algorithm to a hybrid one considering extremum mutation and used it to solve the multi objective optimal model.Then I did research on characteristic of different operation model,set up models taking both running economic efficiency and environmental protection into consideration and solving the models via the algorithm.Finally,I established a bi-level optimization model to solve the optimal configuration of energy storage,which based on the demand of energy storage in off-grid state and the running strategy of micro energy grid in grid-connected state.The paper did research on optimization of allocation,operation and of energy storing device.Moreover,it verified the feasibility of the model and the algorithm using an example.
