With the continuous development and application of intelligent manufacturing,digital workshops have become the mainstream direction of workshop upgrades for manufacturing enterprises.The production demand of the traditional machining workshop has become the bottleneck of productivity and efficiency improvement.This paper combines the actual needs of the digital machine shop,comprehensively considers multiple influence factors,adopts an improved systematic layout method,builds a twostage dynamic layout planning model,and uses the GA-PSO algorithm to solve the problem to provide an optimized solution to the layout planning problem of the digital machine shop plan.First,discuss the characteristics of the digital machine shop from the perspective of production logistics,analyze the limitations of the traditional machine shop layout method,and propose the relevant requirements and influencing factors of the digital machine shop layout;and then propose an improvement suitable for the digital machine shop Systematic layout method,and take XQ company CNC workshop as an example to analyze layout problems,layout methods,process flow,operation units,subjective factors,layout indicators and other factors.Secondly,construct a two-stage RFLP-AGVP model to improve the layout of digital machine shop facilities.The first stage considers the characteristics of material demand fluctuates over time and the location of equipment in the digital machine shop is difficult to change,uses robust layout to plan,and introduces subjective factor indicators into the RFLP model,and proposes an improved subjective factor influence based on SLP A controllable quantitative method,and then take the CNC workshop of XQ company as an example to verify its feasibility and practicability;the second stage builds a dynamic AGVP planning model to solve the problem of changes in the optimal path of AGV caused by fluctuations in material demand,and proposes AGV Load constraints and intersection load balance constraints are used to improve the operating efficiency of the AGV,and the GA-PSO algorithm is used to integrate the above models to obtain the overall optimal layout plan.Finally,the above method is applied to the CNC workshop layout planning of XQ company,and compared with the static layout plan.Practice shows that the above method has good feasibility and practicability.The method proposed in this paper can also be extended to the facility layout analysis,planning and design of other similar companies’ digital workshops.
