As a potential,high-efficiency and energy-saving mechatronic product,switched reluctance motor has superior speed regulation performance compared to other motors,and at the same time,due to its low production cost,strong controllability and high efficiency,this Such motors are widely used in industrial and agricultural production and other fields.With the rapid development of microcomputer,power electronics and control technology,this motor can combine the advantages of AC and DC speed control systems in performance,and is more competitive in the market compared to traditional motor speed control systems.However,due to the doubly salient pole structure in its design,it is easy to produce magnetic circuit saturation,and its control is nonlinear,which leads to the problem of large torque ripple,followed by strong vibration and strong noise of the body.In response to this problem,this thesis firstly analyzes and introduces the development status,performance characteristics and structural composition of the switched reluctance motor in detail,and then deduces its mathematical model based on the basic structure and operation principle of the switched reluctance motor.Torque control theory,based on the analysis of traditional DTC control,an improved DTC is proposed,and simulation modules are built for the two schemes to carry out simulation comparison experiments.Secondly,the development process of ADRC technology and its advantages in control performance are introduced,and the principle of ADRC is introduced in detail.Three main parts of ADRC are established respectively: tracking differentiator,extended state observer and state equation of nonlinear feedback control rate,and the related parameter correction methods are analyzed in detail.On this basis,a control strategy combining active disturbance rejection control and direct torque is proposed to suppress torque ripple,a MATLAB simulation model is built and the simulation software is used to calculate,and it is combined with PI control and fuzzy control under direct torque control.Compared with PID control,the simulation results show that compared with the direct torque control under PID control and fuzzy PI control,the SRM speed control system of the controller has better dynamic and static performance,stronger anti-interference ability and better robustness based on active disturbance rejection control.Finally,in the laboratory,the STM32 microcontroller chip is used as the core controller to design the switched reluctance motor hardware experimental platform,and the Keil software is used to write the PI algorithm and the active disturbance rejection control algorithm program respectively.Effectiveness of Switched Reluctance Motor Speed Control Systems.The experimental results show that the ADRC technology based on direct torque can be very effective in suppressing the torque ripple of the motor.
