and places.Due to its good maneuverability and strong protection capabilities,the airborne launch platform for micro-UAVs has gradually become an important countermeasure against UAVs.Therefore,this article takes the bullet launch of the micro-UAV platform as the discussion direction,and the shooting ability on the go has become an important indicator to evaluate the tactical performance of the micro-UAV airborne launch platform.In order to grasp the dynamic response characteristics and force law of the system when the airborne launching platform of the micro UAV is firing,a virtual prototype model is established,and the dynamics of the launching dynamics of the airborne launching platform of the micro drone is simulated Systematic and in-depth research has been carried out in various aspects.This paper studies the dynamic response of the micro-UAV platform when launching bullets in the air,the movement and force of the platform,and verifies the feasibility of launching,which is a reference for the further design and experimentation of the UAV platform’s bullet launch system.Firstly,the machining mechanism of ultrasonic vibration cutting is studied,the characteristics and characteristics of ultrasonic machining are analyzed,and the processing principle of ultrasonic machining is studied at the level of processing.Analyzing the system components of the ultrasonic processing system and building the hardware system and software system required for the experimental platform,debuging and testing the entire experimental system to verify that it meets specific process is as follows:First,the overall design of the UAV platform bullet launching device is proposed,and the city is set as the UAV’s combat area.The design scheme adopts a systematic design,and the bullet launching device is divided into five major systems: power system,pressure regulating system,launching system,filling system,and auxiliary system.Design the five major systems separately to determine the approximate size range of each system.Secondly,each system is introduced separately.The power system is composed of gas cylinders and solenoid valves,which can realize remote control of the launch device installed on the UAV by ground personnel.The pressure regulating system consists of a pressure regulating device and a cylinder device.When designing a pressure regulating system,first clarify its composition,and then introduce the design principles of each device according to the requirements of the system’s safety and stability.Explain the working conditions of each device through the work flow.The main function of the launch system is to launch bullets.In the initial stage of the design,the composition structure of the launch system is explained,and then the parts are designed according to the functions to be realized.The filling system is composed of a magazine device for storing bullets and a chamber device for accommodating bullets.A spring-loaded structure is selected,and parts are designed around this type.The auxiliary system includes sighting equipment and monitoring equipment.Because the working scene of this device is positioned in the air,it tracks and strikes enemy drones,and often shoots moving targets in close combat,so collimated aiming is selected.The monitoring equipment is selected according to the principle of good image quality and stable signal transmission.Finally,the overall assembly design of the system is carried out,all the parts are assembled into a complete system,the unreasonable size is modified,and the geometric model is established.And import the merged and complete geometric model into the dynamics software,use the dynamics simulation software to establish a dynamic model integrating launch and flight,conduct dynamics simulation of the UAV platform’s shooting in the air,and analyze different quality of unmanned people The change law of the overall
