Research Strategy Of Traditional Village Centralized Contiguity Protection And Development

Traditional villages are important carriers of inheriting China’s long history and culture and rich spiritual connotation.Since the beginning of agricultural civilization,rural settlements have their own characteristics due to the natural environment and regional characteristics.In recent years,both national policy and academic research have attached increasing importance to the protection and development of traditional villages.Results have been achieved through five batches of Chinese traditional village application and eight years of rescue protection.However,villages listed in the list of Traditional Chinese villages are often restricted by location,transportation,economy and industrial basis,so they are "kept in boudoir" and "enjoying themselves alone".The traditional mode of "fighting alone" and "blood transfusion" is difficult to lead the sustainable development of traditional villages.The idea of centralized contiguous protection and development has become an important direction to guide traditional villages from "rescue protection" to "scientific protection".Focus is on traditional village concentrated protection development problem,choose hubei enshi tujia and miao autonomous prefecture of traditional village as the research object,and in 81 included in the list of Chinese traditional villages of enshi,on the basis of the village site,the system combing of concentrated area delimitation basis,layout plan and policy Suggestions,It is expected to provide reference for the protection and development of traditional villages in Enshi Prefecture and for the protection and development of traditional villages in China.Firstly,theories and practical experiences related to the protection of rural settlements at home and abroad are summarized,and the protection and development process and mode of traditional villages in China are sorted out in accordance with the principle of rural revitalization and protection of rural cultural heritage.Secondly,it interprets the conditions for the protection and development of traditional villages from the perspective of centralized contiguity,and establishes the connotation and significance,feasibility and demarcation principles of development.Thirdly,explore the development path of centralized contiguity protection of traditional villages,use qualitative and quantitative methods to build an evaluation system of centralized contiguity protection of traditional villages,sort out the material and non-material elements of traditional villages,and improve the development idea of classification and grading based on evaluation and scoring from multi-factors and multi-perspectives.Then,81 traditional villages in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei Province are taken for empirical study.The value of 81 traditional villages was evaluated according to the evaluation system constructed above,the feasibility of centralized contiguity protection path and the principles and methods of centralized contiguity area demarcation were further tested,the overall layout scheme of centralized contiguity traditional villages in Enshi Prefecture was put forward,and the corresponding suggestions for placing projects in the ten designated areas were put forward.Finally,the paper summarizes the relevant cases of traditional village centralized connection and their construction results,and puts forward some general strategy suggestions for traditional village centralized connection.
