Research On Catering Space Design In The Context Of Wu Culture

Chinese traditional culture has a long history,keeps pace with the times and can be inherited.Wu culture,as a part of Chinese culture,has its unique charm.Contemporary design is of great significance for the integration and inheritance of traditional culture.With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s requirements on diet and dining environment are gradually diversified.Consumers prefer the dining space with elegant and comfortable environment and cultural taste,so as to obtain the dual enjoyment of spirit and material.Catering activities have become a kind of life enjoyment,and catering space also undertakes the functions of communication,entertainment and leisure in people’s life.Goodspacedesign not only has the advantages of adjusting measures to local conditions and integrating with the local environment,but also can promote local cultural characteristics,folk customs and make more people feel its vigorous vitality and unique charm.This paper is mainly divided into five chapters.Based on the design method characteristics and development trend of modern indoor catering space,taking the Wu Culture in Jiangnan as the background and the catering space in Jiangnan as the design research object,this paper discusses the typical cases of catering space design in Jiangnan by combining the characteristics of the artistic conception of Wu culture,Explore some elements and design methods that integrate the characteristics of Wu Culture in Jiangnan into catering space,deeply analyze the logic and methods of integrating distinctive regional culture into catering design,and elaborate the external manifestations of Wu culture connotation in catering space layout,space color,space theme construction,etc,through the design practice,the application principles and design expression of Wu cultural language in catering space design are completed,and the design concept of the integration of wu culture and modern environmental design is realized.Firstly,through the definition of the concept and category of Wu culture,combined with its development background,this paper summarizes the view of nature in Wu culture.Secondly,through the exploration and induction of the architectural space affected by Wu culture,this paper explores its characteristics and spirit,summarizes the aesthetic artistic conception of Wu cultural architectural space,provides the basis for the design and application of theme catering space,and enriches the research content of modern catering space theory.Finally,by analyzing the relationship between the artistic conception of Wu culture and the creation of artistic conception of catering space,this paper discusses the work and methods of Wu Culture in the creation of artistic conception of catering space,sorts out the design methodology of Wu cultural artistic conception in the creation of catering space,and finally carries out active creation according to the relevant design principles and methods.
