| In order to cope with global climate change,China has put forward the goal of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality,which has been incorporated into the overall layout of ecological civilization construction.For the pillar industry-construction industry,the impact of the traditional construction mode on the damage to the ecological environment is increasingly prominent,the transformation of construction mode,innovation of building energy and vigorous development of green buildings have become important ways for the transformation of the construction industry.Because of its unique advantages of environmental protection,energy saving and high efficiency,prefabricated construction(PC)has become the key to promote the transformation of the construction industry and achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality of the construction industry as soon as possible.However,the promotion of PC needs to deal with the challenges of technology,standards,costs,quality and other aspects,especially the problem of high cost makes the development and construction units prohibitive,which seriously restricts the development of PC.Therefore,it is crucial to study the key factors influencing the PC construction cost.In-depth study on the component,affecting factors and dynamic evolution mechanism of PC construction cost is conducive to the development of feasible suggestions or schemes for PC related participants to control PC construction cost.However,there are few research results on the influencing law of PC construction cost and its dynamic evolution mechanism.Based on this,this paper starts from the composition of PC construction cost,analyzes the affecting factors and constructs the corresponding index system,and uses Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)theory to explore the key affecting factors of PC construction cost.Ultimately,to study the dynamic evolution process of PC construction cost under the influence of key factors based on System Dynamics(SD)theory.The main research works of this paper are as follows:(1)The index system of affecting factors of PC construction costs was constructed.On the basis of studying the characteristics of the PC,the composition of PC construction cost is determined in stages,and the index system of influencing factors of PC construction cost is constructed through analysis.(2)A judgment model of key influencing factors of PC construction cost based on SEM is established.Based on the index system of affecting factors of PC construction cost and practical experience,the hypothesis of the relationship between factors is firstly proposed and a theoretical model is constructed,and then the rationality of the theoretical model and the hypothesis verification of the relationship are carried out,and the direct and indirect relationship between affecting factors of different dimensions is tested.Explores the different dimensions of influence factors on the role of PC construction cost path size.(3)The system dynamics model of PC construction cost dynamic evolution is constructed.The SD principle is used to analyze the relationship between key affecting factors and PC construction cost,hypothetical conditions is set and the system boundaries is determined,the system internal feedback relationship diagram and system stock flow diagram is built based on project examples,system variables is defined and relevant parameter values is set for continuous debugging and analysis.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)By summarizing the affecting factors of PC construction cost by integrating the influences of various stages and other factors,an index system of influencing factors of PC building construction cost based on design,production,transportation,construction stages and other factors is constructed,including 5 first-level indexes and 36 second-level indexes.(2)By constructing a judgment model of key influencing factors of PC building construction cost based on SEM.The final analysis it is concluded that the key factors affecting the PC construction cost is the factors of construction,including the quantity and level of construction management personnel,the degree of cooperation between different works,the utilization of machinery and equipment,the technical level of construction and installation,the construction assembly plan and the rationality of construction plans.(3)By constructing the dynamic evolution system dynamics model of PC building construction cost,the key factors in the construction stage are analyzed to influence the strength of the force: the construction assembly plan > the technical level of construction and installation > the rationality of construction plans > the degree of cooperation between different works > the utilization of machinery and equipment > the quantity and level of construction management personnel.Through the above analysis,this study can better understand the actual changes of PC construction cost by analyzing the internal relationship between factors and PC construction cost and its dynamic evolution.This helps to develop an objective and reasonable feasibility plan to make adequate preparations for controlling the PC construction cost,so that the construction units can confidently and actively participate in the construction of PC projects,and also can promote the promotion and application of PC,accelerate the process of building industrialization and transformation. |
