| With the rapid development of China’s construction industry,environmental pollution,waste of resources and other problems also arise,construction methods are facing reform.With the characteristics of energy-saving,environmental protection and sustainability,the assembly construction mode is conducive to the transition from extensive construction to sustainable construction.However,the prefabricated building faces many problems in its development process,among which the high cost is one of the important reasons to hinder its development.The cost control of the prefabricated building can be achieved by analyzing the cost composition and its influencing factors at a certain stage or stages,and then proposing control methods accordingly.This paper use lean construction,with the EPCM model as a research perspective,starting from the whole construction process to study prefabricated building construction cost control,which is of great significance.Firstly,this study summarizes and analyzes the research and development status of prefabricated building and lean construction.Based on the cost control,it makes a simple analysis of the cost structure and its influencing factors of the whole construction process of prefabricated building.Based on the construction process,it simply analyzes the theory and technology of lean construction applicable to cost control.Then applying system dynamics to prefabricated construction cost and the relationship between the influencing factors with the model,the simulation analysis of selected to compare cost of several key factors,including the staff operation qualified rate,design standardization,technology level,transport equipment,transport distance,management parameters,cooperation degree and policy encouragement of project participants as the basis of lean construction cost control method choice,finally integrated the above research results,build prefabricated construction cost control system based on lean construction,proposed the solution of the prefabricated construction cost problem.Based on the above research,the paper identifies the common waste phenomenon in the construction process of prefabricated building,and optimizes the construction process with lean theory,with the help of computer information platform and supporting project organization system to achieve the target cost to reduce the construction cost,and for the future study of prefabricated building. |
