Hydraulic valves have important applications in military industry,mining,marine industry,thermal power and nuclear power and other fields,and play an important role in the safety and reliability of hydraulic systems.However,many valve technologies have been blocked by foreign countries for a long time.With the development of the valve industry,many valves have the problems of low adjustable precision,high cost and high maintenance cost.Under the demand of the country to break the blockade,more and more researches are carried out,and domestic technology is constantly improving.At the same time of valve performance,its index requirements are constantly improving,and the noise requirements are also getting higher and higher.This paper studies the flow field and noise of the space corner ant nest control valve.The valve core pressure-reducing element has a special structure to ensure The flow rate and cavitation do not occur at the same time,and the pressure is adjusted to achieve the effect of reducing pressure.Its internal structure is complex,and the noise problem caused by the flow of the medium is also complex.According to the structure of the valve core pressure reducing element,this paper studies the internal flow field of the valve core and the generated noise as follows:Chapter 1: Introduce the background and significance of the subject research,briefly describe the research status of control valve and related noise at home and abroad,and introduce the main research content and research methods of this paper.Chapter 2: Analyze and introduce the structure,composition and working principle of the space corner ant nest control valve,analyze the reasons for the noise caused by the flow of the medium in the flow field of the control valve,expound the basic knowledge of acoustics,introduce the theory of flow-induced noise,and summarize the current situation.There are some acoustic numerical calculation methods,the advantages of each method are analyzed,and the specific steps for numerical calculation of the flow noise of the regulating valve are proposed.Chapter 3: Introduces the basic theory of CFD and the acoustic simulation software LMS Virtual Lab,and uses the software to mesh the internal watershed of the throttle element,set the appropriate boundary conditions,select the appropriate solution model,and calculate the simulation results.Through the analysis and comparison of the simulation results,the characteristics of the internal flow field of the valve core throttling element under different pressure conditions are obtained,the data in the flow field are derived,and the acoustic simulation calculation is carried out.Chapter 4: The experimental verification of the flow field and noise simulation of the buck component is carried out.Firstly,the experimental device and system principle are introduced.A high-precision hydrophone is used to collect the noise spectrum of the research object,and the relationship between the flow field and the fluid noise is analyzed.Chapter 5: Summarizes the relevant research content and analysis results of this paper,and puts forward new ideas and prospects for the follow-up research work.
