Research On Emotional Design Of Indoor Environment Of Urban Young Women’s Living Alone Apartment

In modern society,living alone has become a major trend of social development.Gender equality makes women pursue independence and freedom more in life.As a result,young women have become an important part of the population living alone,gathering in modern cities.Due to the drastic change of living forms and groups,the original solitary apartments blindly create common space and ignore the differences between genders and internal needs,which makes it difficult to get good evaluation from female users.Therefore,this paper takes the indoor environment of the solitary apartment as the carrier,focuses on the characteristics of the emotional needs of urban young women,and explores the indoor environment design method of the solitary apartment that meets the emotional needs of urban young women.In this study,field research and questionnaire survey were used to understand the basic information of women living alone.Using KJ method to explore the common characteristics of specific groups,and summed up as: urban young female solitary group of times characteristics,physiological and psychological characteristics,living behavior characteristics and spiritual needs characteristics.According to the theory of emotional design,the characteristics can be divided into instinctive emotional needs,behavioral emotional needs and reflective emotional needs.The three levels of emotional needs are associated with the characteristics of the indoor environment and a questionnaire is designed.The reliability,validity and statistical analysis of SPSS software are used to verify the constructed system,and the indoor environment design methodology of the solo apartment that meets the emotional needs of urban young women is concluded.This study shows that the indoor environment is beautiful and orderly by awakening sensory elements such as light and color,spatial form,material use and uniform setting,so as to meet the emotional needs of the instinctive level of urban young women living alone.Secondly,the sound apartment management system,the expansion of functional space,in line with the man-machine size of women,the needs of openness and privacy in the space bring residents a sense of security,comfort and pleasure,can meet the emotional needs of the target group behavior level;Finally,the artistic conception,personalized and interesting design of female space can stimulate their sense of identity,sense of belonging and happiness,and meet the emotional needs of residents at the reflective level.In practice,the design practice is carried out according to the proposed emotional design method of interior environment of urban young women’s solitary apartment,so that the interior environment of the designed apartment not only meets their aesthetic function and safety function needs,but also brings them emotional care,so as to stimulate more pleasant emotional experience.
