| Energy for the development of the society,it is extremely important material foundation and an indispensable driving force.Human life is inseparable from energy.Under the influence of the rapid development of industrialization,the demand for energy also increases sharply.China is the world’s number one automobile production and consumption country,in People’s Daily life,cars have been popularized,become a common means of transportation.For the combustion of fossil fuels in cars can not be fully effective use of vehicle driving process,put forward using semiconductor materials with seebeck effect and temperature difference power generation technology,through the energy transfer method converts thermal energy into electrical energy,is to eliminate the waste with the energy of exhaust gas of fuel to air,and to avoid the huge energy waste problem of poor ecological environment.In this thesis,the background of the research,the significance of the research,the status of the research,on the technology of thermal power generation and other contents are described;Secondly,the principle of thermoelectric power generation is analyzed,and the basic effect of thermoelectric power generation is introduced in detail,and the performance parameters involved in thermoelectric power generation are analyzed,including output power,the efficiency of thermoelectric conversion,and the coefficient of thermoelectric optimal value;Thirdly,the 2+3+4 structure of automobile exhaust temperature difference generator is designed,and the performance of the designed automobile exhaust temperature difference generator is tested,the ordinary temperature difference generator and automobile exhaust temperature difference generator output power and the efficiency of thermal energy conversion two performance comparison.It is found that the average output power of automobile exhaust temperature difference generator is much lower than that of general temperature difference generator,only less than 50%.And under the influence of the temperature difference continues to grow,the gap between the two is also increasing.When the temperature difference reaches 290 degrees Celsius,the generator module in the automobile exhaust temperature difference generator only has an average output power of 10.07 W.From time to time,aiming at the insufficient performance of automobile exhaust temperature difference generator,the phase-change structure temperature difference generator is adopted and the numerical simulation is carried out.Through the construction of numerical simulation model,the thermoelectric module and the phase transformation heat transfer two excitation are studied,and the influence of related parameters of phase-change and temperature difference generator on its performance is analyzed.In particular,the area ratio of the hot end,the flow rate of tail gas and the geometric parameters of the generator are analyzed to affect the output power and conversion efficiency.Through the research,it is found that the phase-variant automobile exhaust temperature difference power generation technology is a very effective method to improve the fuel efficiency of automobile exhaust.This technology is not only simple and flexible,but also clean and efficient,and can achieve organic and efficient combination with the current fuel vehicles.Finally,summarize and forecast the whole paper.There are 29 figures,5 tables and 70 references in this paper. |
