| In recent years, seismic engineering based on resilience has become an important development direction in the field of structural disaster prevention.Among them, seismic resilience refers to the ability of structures to maintain or recover functions after being affected by earthquake. In order to improve the seismic resilience of engineering structures, many scholars have carried out various studies. However, the existing research mainly focuses on the resilience evaluation methods of existing structures and the development of structural systems considering function recovery. At the theoretical level of structural design, there are still few researches on the new seismic design methods that directly take the expected resilience of structures as the fortification targets. The existing normative methods focus on ensuring the personal safety of residents, and do not consider the function recovery ability of structures after earthquakes.Performance-based design method can carry out semi-quantitative seismic design of structures according to the requirements of owners, and can consider the performance requirements of structures under different earthquake intensity during the design process. However, the performance indexes are still only related to the safety of structures, and it is not clear how to ensure the function recovery of structures. Therefore, how to realize the structure design based on resilience is an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper,a seismic design method of structures based on resilience is proposed by directly taking the expected resilience of structures as the design objective. The specific research work is as follows:(1)The resilience function recovery index suitable for seismic design of structures is proposed.Based on the direct economic loss of structures after earthquake, the function loss after earthquake is quantified. On this basis, the function recovery index of structures is proposed.Furthermore, the relationship model between structure function loss and damage state of each component is established by combining the vulnerability function of different types of structural members and non-structural members. This model can be used to transform the expected resilience target into interlayer displacement Angle in structural design, which can provide a basis for subsequent structural design.(2)The seismic design method of structures based on resilience is proposed.First established the resilience of the structure under different level earthquake fortification goal, further through the fortification target decomposition, according to floor is established from the overall structure resilience fortification target to the inversion calculation methods of component performance requirements,on this basis, further consider the recoverability of the function of the structure, the seismic design process based on resilience.(3)The method proposed in this paper is used for resilience seismic design of five-story isolated reinforced concrete frame structure, and the elastic-plastic time history analysis and resilience evaluation of the structure are carried out.The results show that the structure designed by the method in this paper can meet the requirements of each performance index.Compared with the structure designed by the standard method, the structure designed based on the proposed method has lower life-cycle cost, shorter repair time and better seismic performance. |
