Under the development background of "carbon peak and carbon neutral" power industry,dynamic environmental and economic dispatching of power system has been one of the important research topics in the optimization operation of power system because it can take both environmental protection and economic benefits into account.Under this development background,this thesis takes the dynamic environmental economic dispatching model of power system as the research framework,and studies how to give full play to the economic performance of generating units in the dispatching model and how to reduce the economic dispatching cost of dynamic environment.The main work of this thesis is summarized as follows:(1)in order to give full play to the power of different type unit economic performance,and further reduce the dynamic environment of power system economic operation cost,based on the traditional dynamic environment on the basis of economic scheduling model,use can reflect the economic performance of thermal power generating units minimum average cost of coal consumption,establish the optimal ordering strategy of the unit.According to the minimum average cost of coal consumption of thermal power units,the output sequence of dispatching units in the system is reasonably allocated to make the minimum average cost of coal consumption low,that is,the units with high economic performance of power generation produce more or full output,and the minimum average cost of coal consumption high,that is,the units with low economic performance of power generation produce less output.At the same time,the optimal scheduling strategy of units is introduced into the mathematical model of dynamic environmental economic scheduling to construct the dynamic environmental economic scheduling model of power system considering optimal scheduling of units.In this thesis,particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,a simulation example is given to verify the effectiveness of the optimal scheduling strategy in reducing the economic dispatching cost in dynamic environment and giving full play to the economic performance of different types of units.(2)In view of the influence of unit combination problem on dynamic environmental economic dispatching,this thesis introduces this problem into the model of dynamic environmental economic dispatching of power system,so as to build the dynamic environmental economic dispatching model of power system considering unit combination.At the same time,the optimal scheduling strategy of units is introduced into the model to build a mathematical model of dynamic environment economic scheduling of power system considering unit optimization,and the binary particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the optimal scheduling strategy in this model.
