Urban rail transit will be affected by bad weather,large-scale events and holidays will produce a sharp increase in passenger flow in a short period of time, which will not only seriously reduce the service level of passengers, but also have the safety risk of passenger congestion and stampede. In view of this problem, some existing studies have delayed the impact of passenger flow by means of passenger flow control and other means from the demand side, while the means of fundamentally alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand by operating additional trains from the supply side rely on manual experience, lacking the corresponding basic theoretical support and scientific methods for adjusting the operating organization plan.Aiming at the problem of adding temporary passenger trains under the scenario of large passenger flow of urban rail transit, this paper firstly sorts out the basic theory of adding trains, proposes corresponding control strategies on the basis of analyzing the connotation and characteristics of predictable large passenger flow, and then establishes an optimization model of temporary travel lines, and finally verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method through the case analysis of Beijing Metro Line 8.The specific research content is as follows:(1)This article firstly introduces the connotation and characteristics of adding trains, and summarizes the application scenarios of adding trains.According to the mode and basic principles of adding trains, the laying process of adding trains is proposed, and the evaluation indicators of timetable are listed from the perspective of adding trains.(2)The connotation and classification of large passenger flow are defined, and the large passenger flow is divided into predictable large passenger flow and unpredictable large passenger flow. The predictable large passenger flow is taken as the research content of this paper.According to the historical operation data, the passenger flow characteristics of three predictable large passenger flow scenarios are analyzed, and the prediction method of the inbound volume under different scenarios is proposed in turn. From the two aspects of passenger transport organization and operation organization, the basic strategies of large passenger flow diversion are summarized, and the theoretical feasibility and operational feasibility of temporary passenger train operation under the large passenger flow scenario are expounded.(3)Taking into account the constraints such as the adjustment range of timetable, the location of adding lines and the time range of additional trains, and the minimum adjustment amount of the original timetable and the maximum matching degree between the interval capacity and passenger flow demand, the urban rail transit additional train travel line compilation model is constructed, and the multi-target method is processed by the ideal point method. The Cplex solver is used to solve the model.(4)Taking the large-scale activity scene of Beijing Metro Line 8 as a case, and setting the high-density driving scenario on the basis of the large-scale activity case, the optimized timetables of the two cases are obtained, and the number of temporary passenger trains and the stop scheme of temporary passenger trains are analyzed and evaluated, and the effectiveness and applicability of the model are verified.
