In today’s economic and social environment,the steady development of urban logistics industry has become the booster of China’s national economic development,and the development level of logistics industry has become an important indicator to measure country’s modernization and comprehensive national strength.With the increasing demand for urban space planning,many problems caused by traditional fuel logistics distribution vehicles are increasingly prominent."green logistics" has become a new trend in the future development,and new energy logistics vehicles have become the only choice to solve the problems of urban transportation distribution.However,as an emerging means of transport,new energy logistics vehicles are still in the early stage of development and application,and the drawbacks of using new energy logistics vehicles to provide distribution services in real life are becoming more and more obvious.In view of this,this article in view of the city logistics distribution in this area,combined with the characteristics of the new energy vehicle logistics,distribution mechanism,on the basis of the traditional partition proposed joint distribution model,breaking the limitation of traditional partition and distribution,standing in the perspective of real life,the range of the vehicle’s battery capacity can be converted to constraint,and considering the distribution center station size limit,After completing the distribution task,vehicles are allowed to choose the distribution center for docking according to the actual distance from the distribution center and the number of vacant parking Spaces in the distribution center,so as to reduce the overall distribution cost and further improve the logistics efficiency.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)Analyze the characteristics of new energy logistics vehicle and its influencing factors in urban distribution.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of new energy logistics vehicles are described,and then the policies and systems of new energy vehicles at home and abroad are sorted out.Then,the influencing factors of urban distribution of new energy vehicles are emphatically analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for model constraints.Different from the existing urban distribution vehicle routing problem,this paper firstly combined the distribution characteristics of new energy logistics vehicles to increase the vehicle mileage limit,changed the closed parking lot in the urban distribution vehicle routing problem into an open parking lot,and considered the distribution center parking lot size limit.After completing the distribution task,the vehicle needs to consider the actual distance from the distribution center and the number of free parking Spaces in the distribution center to choose the distribution center for parking.Then,considering that in the delivery process,drivers driving for a long time will lead to drivers’ fatigue driving behaviors such as decreased attention and slow reaction,the limit of delivery vehicles’ working hours is increased,which is more in line with the reality.Finally,a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.(3)Empirical analysis is made on the constructed scheduling optimization model of new energy logistics vehicles based on urban logistics joint distribution.Based on the actual distribution data of three distribution centers set up by Shanxi Xinhua Bookstore Group Datong Co.,LTD.,matlab2016 a is used to solve the model.And partition of according to the geographical distribution of scheduling scheme and the optimized scheduling scheme of joint distribution from the shipping cost,delivery time and transportation cost,time,punishment cost analysis index,finally from the rated load and vehicle range two aspects has carried on the sensitivity analysis,the joint distribution pattern has certain adaptability in the city logistics distribution. |
