With the rapid development of our country’s national economy and the continuous acceleration of urbanization in recent years,the urban distribution field has prospered and developed,and the distribution center is a key node in the logistics distribution link.The reasonable configuration of its vehicles is the guarantee for the smooth completion of the distribution service.Therefore,has a vital role.For the distribution center,the distribution tasks are arranged according to the daily orders placed by the customers,and the dynamic changes of the customer’s needs put forward higher requirements for the rationality of the vehicle configuration of the distribution center;in addition,the traditional way of vehicle configuration in the distribution center Usually self-owned vehicles are used for distribution.When vehicles are insufficient,they are combined with leased vehicles for distribution.In recent years,the rapid development of information technology and sharing economy has made vehicle sharing between distribution centers common.Therefore,the vehicle configuration of distribution centers needs to be optimized.Based on Therefore,this paper studies the vehicle configuration problem of the distribution center under the condition of fully considering the dynamic demand and vehicle sharing.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,combined with the current research status at home and abroad and the relevant theories of vehicle configuration,several factors that affect the vehicle configuration of the distribution center are analyzed,and the key points of constructing the vehicle configuration model are sorted out by synthesizing the relevant factors and their influencing methods,so as to determine the construction idea of the model..At the same time,it is clarified that the vehicle configuration mode of the distribution center in this study is "own vehicle + shared vehicle + leased vehicle",and the necessity of considering leased vehicles in the configuration process is analyzed.Secondly,based on the relevant influencing factors in the vehicle configuration process of the distribution center,the invocation of shared vehicles under dynamic demand is analyzed,and the distribution center vehicle is constructed considering the dynamic demand and vehicle sharing with the goal of the lowest distribution cost throughout the year.In the configuration model,the distribution cost includes four aspects: vehicle purchase and maintenance cost,power cost,shared vehicle cost,and rental vehicle cost,and a genetic algorithm is designed to solve it.Finally,take a distribution center in Beijing as an example to conduct empirical analysis,set relevant parameters according to the actual data provided by the distribution center,and apply the established vehicle configuration model and genetic algorithm to solve the problem,and obtain the distribution center in the year.The vehicle configuration scheme of the time period,and the configuration results are compared and analyzed,and it is determined that the configuration method considering the shared vehicle can effectively save costs,thereby verifying the validity of the model constructed in this paper.In addition,the number of shared distribution centers in the vehicle configuration process,vehicle sharing price,vehicle rental price sensitivity analysis,analyze its impact on vehicle configuration,and provide a reference for distribution center vehicle configuration.
