With the rapid development of the global economy,large quantity of energy is consumed and used.Resources shortage and environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious,which prompts governments to intensify efforts to develop new energy.In the field of transportation,the consumption of petroleum resources and the emission of automobile exhaust have promoted the fast development of new energy vehicles.The promotion and use of new energy vehicles have played a positive role in energy saving,emission reduction and energy dependence reduction.Currently,the immature technology development new energy car rental and low recognition of end-users.Therefore,vigorous development of new energy car rental industry can effectively promote new energy vehicles.Therefore,from the perspective of supply chain,this paper studies the secondary system composed of new energy automobile manufacturers and new energy automobile renters.Based on the Stackelberg game,a supply chain contract coordination model is established to optimize the fleet configuration and promotion efforts lever of new energy automobi le renters,so as to achieve the optimal profits of both sides of the system.In theory,it provides a basis for the selection of fleet configuration for new energy car renters,which can broaden and enrich the theoretical system of supply chain management in car rental.In practice,it can provide theoretical basis and certain reference value for decision-making and cooperation between new energy automobile manufacturers and renters,and at the same time,it is conducive to the improvement of the overall e fficiency of the supply chain.Firstly,in the study of coordination contract between new energy automobile manufacturers and renters considering fleet configuration,this paper studies the optimal decision-making and supply chain coordination of new ener gy automobile renters,aiming at a two-level rental supply chain system consisting of a new energy automobile manufacturer and a new energy automobile renter,aiming at achieving the goal of optimizing system interests and mutual win-win.The decentralized decision-making model,centralized decision-making model and coordination contract model are established.It is concluded that the coordination of supply chain system cannot be achieved under decentralized decision-making model and revenue sharing contract model.After introducing the cost-sharing contract,the profits of both sides are improved by Pareto,the system is effectively coordinated and the optimal profit of the system is distributed arbitrarily.Finally,a numerical example is given to verify the scientific and effective of the study.Secondly,in the study of coordination contract between new energy automobile manufacturers and renters considering fleet configuration and effort level,this paper considers the optimal decision-making and supply chain coordination under the condition that the effort level of renters affects market demand.The decentralized decision-making model,centralized decision-making model and coordination contract model are established.Then,the contract conditions,benefi t distribution and enforceability of supply chain coordination are discussed.The following conclusions are drawn: under the decentralized decision-making model,the coordination of supply chain system cannot be achieved.Under the contract of revenue shar ing and cost sharing,the system can coordinate effectively and distribute the optimal profits arbitrarily,and the profits of both sides are improved by Pareto.Finally,a numerical example is given to verify the reliability and validity of the study.Finally,this paper summarizes the above conclusions and results,provides some guidance for manufacturers and renters under the new energy vehicle rental mode,and points out the limitations and shortcomings of this paper,and puts forward the prospect for future research at the same time.
