| At present,the length of high-speed railway bridges occupies an increasing proportion due to its own advantages.The length of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway bridge accounts for 80%,and the Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway has reached 92%.Combined with the current situation of land resources,the important position of bridges in high-speed railways will become more and more obvious.As an important part of continuous beam construction,cantilever pouring technology plays an important role in the quality management of the entire high-speed railway construction.This paper takes the construction of the cantilever continuous beam of the N high-speed railway as an example,from the current situation,to finding out the problems,and then analyzing the problems until it proposes improvement measures that match the problems.Specifically,in terms of the current situation,it focuses on the work in the quality management system in the pre-construction preparation stage,and the work in the management and control of the physical quality in the project implementation stage;in terms of problems,according to the description of the current situation of the cantilever continuous beam A questionnaire survey based on the Likert scale was set up,and a total of 4 categories and 9 items were found to be urgently solved.In terms of problem analysis,the 4M1 E factor set analysis was carried out on the problems obtained,and a preliminary list was obtained.Then,referring to the quality management influencing factors of the cantilever continuous beams of the two completed similar projects of the affiliated enterprise,the corresponding supplements and additions are made,and a list of 13 influencing factors is obtained.Then,through the construction of an explanation structure model,the hierarchical relationship of the influencing factors was analyzed;in terms of improvement measures,from the problem to the problem,by solving the influencing factors,a total of 13 items such as organizational structure,system implementation,on-site management,and on-site environment were proposed.measure.In terms of research content,this paper only studies the construction quality management of prestressed concrete continuous beams poured by cantilever technology,and does not involve continuous beams constructed by other technologies such as jacking technology,mobile formwork technology,and support cast-in-place technology.The coverage is small,and we strive to be small in scope but precise in content.This paper involves 9 pictures and 18 tables,which is convenient and more intuitive and clear to study the problem;it involves 70 references,which has laid a more solid theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. |
