| High speed railway construction,an important part of the national "One Belt and One Road" strategy,is the main artery of national economy and social development,which plays an important role in the development of social economy.In view of the high speed railway construction has possessed the characteristics of long relevant industrial chain,investment-driven and powerful demand function,the construction has caused nationwide concern.Beam fabricating yard,as a large temporary facility that ensures the smooth implementation of the high-speed railway construction,is characterized by large area occupied,masses of engineering equipment,high lump-sum cost,short time of construction and life span and difficult land restoration.Therefore,the problem of its size and location is of great influence on the high-speed railway construction as a whole.Based on this,several factors are considered in this paper,such as the factor of beam fabricating yard particularity,the beam position arrangement,limited construction time,erecting speed,geographical environment,engineering quantity,transportation conditions and loading ways.Moreover,in order to provide a scientific basis of decision making for the construction of beam fabricating yard in high-speed railway,this paper uses functional area classification method to optimize the beam fabricating yard scale,and constructs the evaluation model for beam fabricating yard siting on the basis of entropy method as well.The main contents in this paper are as follows:1.The optimization of beam fabricating yard scale in high speed railway.Firstly,the process of box girder precast are analyzed and classified.Based on this,this paper analyzes the parameters that decide the beam fabricating yard scale from the beam number,required duration,turnover time of beam position,beam lead time,erecting speed,erecting distance and other aspects;Secondly,the beam fabricating yard is divided into five areas: office and living area,material area,concrete production area,box girder production area and auxiliary function area;Finally,the calculation method of functional area classification is used to determine the relationship between beam fabricating yard of each work area and the key parameters.2.The evaluation of beam fabricating yard siting in high speed railway.Firstly,based on the principle of beam fabricating yard siting,the indexes system is established from the aspects of construction,transportation,cost,environment,etc;Secondly,this paper uses the entropy method to empower and eliminate the indexes that were less affected by the beam fabricating yard siting in high speed railway,and establishes the key index evaluation system of beam fabricating yard siting;Finally,through using the linear weighted method,the comprehensive evaluation of beam fabricating yard siting plan is achieved.3.Empirical analysis.Firstly,taking one beam fabricating yard as an example,the occupied area are confirmed from beam fabricating yard scale;Secondly,combined with the demand of occupied area and beam fabricating yard principle,the alternatives of beam fabricating yard siting is determined;Finally,based on the entropy method and evaluation index system,this paper screens the alternatives,and then verifies the applicability of theoretical model mentioned above.The research results are beneficial to enrich the beam fabrication yield planning and design theory,and it offers the theory basis and method support for successfully realizing the goal of high speed railway construction.At the same time,the conclusion has great realistic significance to optimizing the beam fabrication yield scale in high-speed railway as well as to choosing the best location scheme. |
