As an important part of the comprehensive transportation system,the civil aviation transportation industry has developed rapidly in recent years.The air passenger turnover has increased year by year.The airport surface resources and airspace resources are difficult to meet the needs of existing air transportation,resulting in the rising aircraft delay rate of the hub airport,which restricts the development of the civil aviation transportation industry.How to accurately predict the aircraft taxiing time and reasonably control the aircraft launching sequence has become the key to solve the problem of high aircraft delay rate in the airport.This paper focuses on the launch process of aircraft departure from the hub airport.Firstly,it summarizes the research results of taxi time prediction and aircraft launch control at home and abroad,and constructs the overall framework and research content of the paper;Secondly,the whole process of aircraft departure is analyzed,and the key technologies such as common prediction models and launch control strategies are discussed;Thirdly,define the taxi time,propose a taxi time prediction model based on queuing theory considering the situation of scene congestion,and propose a gcn-lstm model considering the two dimensions of topological space-time to predict the taxi time;Fourthly,according to the predicted taxi time,an aircraft launch slot allocation model aiming at minimizing the delay rate and total delay time while taking into account fairness is proposed,and a DPSO-ACO fusion algorithm is designed to solve it;Finally,taking Beijing Capital International Airport as an example,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified.The empirical results show that the percentage error of the prediction model based on queuing theory and the prediction model based on gcn-lstm for taxiing time is 7.6%and 9.3%.The punctuality rate of the launch time optimized by the aircraft launch slot allocation model is increased from 40.7% to 81.5% compared with that before optimization,and the average adjustment time is 12 min,which belongs to the acceptable time adjustment range.The taxi time prediction model and the time slot allocation model reduce the airport aircraft delay rate and improve the airport efficiency.
