| In recent years,with the development of informatization,building information modeling has received more and more attention in the field of engineering construction.With its features of visualization,simulation,optimization,coordination,and plotting,BIM technology can enable project participants to better understand design concepts,reduce resource waste,improve project quality,and save costs,thereby improving the overall project construction.benefit.BIM technology has become a key technology for the development of the construction engineering industry and the transformation and upgrading of the industry.It is applied to the entire project life cycle and brings huge value advantages to the project.Drawing on the great success of BIM technology in the civil construction industry,in order to further promote the development of railway engineering informatization,the railway industry has also begun to study the application of BIM technology and formulated relevant standards and policies.However,there is no systematic solution for how to quickly realize the construction of BIM models for existing railway lines.Based on the characteristics of existing railways,this paper studies how to quickly build BIM models of existing railway lines.The main research work is as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the current situation of BIM application,the existing main BIM modeling tools and modeling methods were compared and selected,the advantages and disadvantages and application scope of modeling tools and methods were analyzed,and the applicable scope of application was determined.Existing tools and methods for building railway BIM models.(2)On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of drawing data and basic data of existing railways,the technical route of BIM model construction of existing railway lines is researched and formed.(3)The construction method of the BIM basic model library of railway line equipment is studied.Based on the railway basic equipment database,the existing railway equipment is statistically analyzed,and the equipment is constructed according to the six majors of roadbed,bridge and culvert,tunnel,track,power supply and signal.tree,determine the most basic component units of various railway equipment and components,and based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of each professional component unit,the construction method of the BIM basic model library of existing railway line equipment is studied and formed.(4)Research and establish the core algorithm for the rapid construction of BIM model of existing railway lines,including the calculation algorithm of the latitude and longitude coordinates of the existing railway line centerline,the automatic assembly algorithm of the line basic model,and the fusion algorithm of the basic terrain and the line BIM model.Using the above algorithm,the BIM model of the railway line integrated with the basic terrain can be quickly constructed based on the equipment basic database of the existing railway.(5)The design and development of the existing railway line BIM model construction system is studied,and the design goals,software and hardware environment configuration and module design of the system are completed,and related functions are realized based on the Revit platform.(6)Based on the basic database of railway equipment,the BIM model of the entire Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway line(operating mileage 174km)was quickly constructed,and the effectiveness of the established algorithm and system was verified. |
