According to adjacent railway line's complex and high risk construction environment,construction equipment once collided,it may seriously endanger the safety of railway traffic,cause serious damage to people's lives and property.For the risk of all kinds of large and medium-sized construction equipment used in the adjacent railway business line construction,spatio-temporal data model of large and medium-sized construction equipment,which is representative of crane machinery,pile engineering machinery,concrete machinery,earth-moving machinery has been set.Based on the analysis of the railway construction clearance,3D simplified model of electrified railway line's basic construction clearance has been constructed.The analysis of collision risks between loading machine and rotary drilling rig,rotary drilling rig and single bucket excavator,concrete pump truck and excavator,concrete pump truck and truck crane,concrete conveying pump and rotary digging drill,single bucket excavator and truck crane has been did.And so too the invasion risks analysis of railway construction clearance caused by truck crane,concrete pump truck,rotary drilling rig and single bucket excavator,capsizing risks analysis of the towering mechanical equipment based on taking truck crane,rotary drilling rig.Based on analyzing the significance and methods of construction hazard identification and studying severity rating and grading control of individual risk consequence during the process of adjacent railway business line construction,the paper discusses the method of project dynamic comprehensive evaluation and control;Starting from the intelligent safety monitoring of adjacent railway business line construction,it discusses the case of the application of GPS and sensor technology of construction equipment for real-time monitoring and intelligent monitor method for collision and conflict between equipment,construction equipment and railway business line,and capsizing risk between towing equipment.
