This paper relying on the port of wenzhou,China petrochemical wharf LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)storage load center of LNG tank pile foundation engineering,in view of the embedded inclined bedrock strata of pile group under horizontal earthquake load,the length of the pile stiffness is not coordination problems,the indoor model test and numerical simulation method for inclined bedrock strata decrease constraints embedded rocks to study the level of the pile static load performance,The main contents and research results are as follows:(1)on the basis of related data and literature research,summarizes the domestic and foreign about the inclined bedrock stratigraphic constraints embedded suite reduction level of pile static load performance of the status quo,understand the related test and numerical simulation method,analysis and summary of horizontal load,the rock-socketed Angle,and constraint section of pile foundation,the influence of reduction smoothly to lay the foundation for subsequent tests.(2)According to the engineering geological conditions of the LNG storage tank and the pile foundation design scheme,put forward the general requirements of the model test device;Based on the similarity ratio design of the model test parameters,the overall design scheme of the model test device for the horizontal static bearing capacity of rock-socketed pile group with reduced constraint in inclined bedrock stratum is put forward,which mainly includes model box and loading system,pile foundation and monitoring and measuring system.(3)According to the overall design scheme of the test device,a model test device for pile group’s horizontal static bearing capacity is developed,which can adjust the bedrock inclination Angle and reduce the length of the restraint section of rock-socketed pile;On this basis,a concrete scheme of horizontal static bearing capacity test of rock-socketed pile group with reduced constraint in inclined bedrock stratum is proposed.(4)with the development of the indoor model test device,considering two bedrock Angle and four different reduction constraint model pile length,was carried out by inclined bedrock strata constraints embedded pile horizontal static load performance test suite reduction,the rock-socketed pile top horizontal displacement and the relationship between the horizontal load,the model of pile deformation law of pile,pile lateral earth pressure distribution rule.(5)The finite element software is used to simulate the indoor model test,and the distribution of the pile top displacement and bending moment,the displacement and pressure of the soil around the pile side are obtained.The comparison and analysis of laboratory model test results and numerical simulation results show that the deformation coordination problem of rock-socketed pile group in inclined bedrock stratum can be solved by adding or reducing constrained sections.The research results of this paper will promote the research on the horizontal static bearing capacity of rock-socketed pile group with reduced constraint in inclined bedrock stratum and provide guidance for the design of rock-socketed pile group with reduced constraint in dependent engineering.
