Subway vehicle is the most important transportation method in daily life.In recent years,with the improvement of the country’s scientific and technological progress and economic strength,the frequency and length of people’s trips has increased dramatically,the number and mileage of subway vehicles increase sharply,and the demand for subway vehicle inspection shows a blowout growth.Daily inspection of subway vehicles is the core overhaul link to ensure their safe operation.It has the characteristics of high detection frequency,short cycle and wide range.However,the traditional inspection method has some problems,such as backward inspection method and opaque information,which is difficult to meet higher inspection requirements.Some maintenance enterprises have carried out lean improvement and digital transformation,the simple lean inspection method relies on management to improve the operation ability,lacks the support of digital technology,relies heavily on personnel,and has the problem of rebound effect.Relying only on digital technology is easy to produce new digital waste,which not only has high operating cost,but also has no obvious improvement effect.Therefore,existing inspection methods cannot meet the requirements of timely and accurate inspection under the rapidly increasing inspection requirements.The integration of digitalization and lean can make up the deficiency of single aspect and has good practicability.In view of this,this thesis takes subway vehicle inspection as the research,based on the mode of integration of management and technology,to build a scientific inspection system that can accurately identify,accurately control and timely respond to the key inspection links of subway vehicles.This thesis provides a reference system and implementation way to realize the precision inspection of subway vehicles.Therefore,this thesis based on the analysis of relevant research status at home and abroad,the advantages of digital lean fusion are explained,and the difficulties in constructing digital lean inspection mode are pointed out.Centering on the core goal of realizing precise inspection of subway vehicles under digital lean fusion mode,the main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Firstly,the digital lean inspection system architecture is established in this thesis.According to the current situation of subway vehicle inspection,problems and control requirements are analyzed,and the integration of digitalization and lean is studied.Based on the model of digital lean fusion,the digital lean inspection architecture is constructed to provide architectural support for subsequent research.(2)In order to control the critical system accurately,the digital error prevention method based on fault analysis is studied.Firstly,the priority of risk control measures is constructed,and the key system components are prioritized,and the error points leading to the defects in the inspection process of these key systems are analyzed.The fishbone diagram is used to analyze the main reasons leading to the occurrence of errors,and the error prevention requirement items are constructed to match the error prevention requirement items with the digital technology.Secondly,Then,using lean error prevention tools and digital technology,design error prevention methods in the inspection process.Finally,the error prevention method is evaluated by constructing quality assurance network evaluation model.(3)In order to solve the inspection delay caused by the material distribution not timely and accurately,the uncertain maintenance conditions in the inspection process were analyzed first.Then,aiming at these uncertain conditions,lean logistics tools and digital technology are used to build the overall framework and delivery mechanism of just-in-time material distribution.Finally,the key technologies of just-in-time material distribution,namely real-time positioning tracking and precise delivery,are designed to provide technical and methodological support for just-in-time inspection.(4)Based on the above research,a digital lean inspection prototype system was developed,and combined with the actual inspection scene,the system was verified.The results show that the system can provide corresponding software support for accurate inspection.
