Mechanism Of Rural Highway Construction On Chain Extension And Integration Of Agricultural Industrial

Implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization is a major historical task put forward by the 19 th CPC National Congress.Industrial revitalization is the primary task of Rural Revitalization Strategy,also the material basis and important guarantee.Promoting the extension of regional agricultural industrial chain and the integration of agricultural industry relying on regional agricultural resources is an important way to realize the revitalization of rural industries.Gansu Province with distinctive agricultural resources and rapid development of rural roads is selected as the research object to study the action path of rural road construction on the extension of agricultural industrial chain,analyze the impact of rural roads on agricultural industrial integration,and reveal the action mechanism of rural roads on the extension of agricultural industrial chain and agricultural industrial integration,which is of great significance to the development of agricultural industry and rural road construction in Gansu Province.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The thesis defines the concepts,connotations,classifications and development modes of rural roads,agricultural industrial chain,extension of agricultural industrial chain and integration of agricultural industries.This paper introduces the general situation of rural roads and agricultural development in Gansu Province,summarizes the problems existing in the development of agricultural industry in Gansu Province,and lays a foundation for exploring the impact of rural roads on the extension of agricultural industrial chain and the integration of agricultural industry.(2)Taking the agricultural industrial chain of Gansu Province as the research object,rural roads as the core explanatory variable,using the fixed effect model and intermediary effect model,this paper studies the impact of rural roads on the agricultural industrial chain of Gansu Province,defines the direct or indirect impact of rural road construction on the extension of agricultural industrial chain of Gansu Province,and analyzes the action path of rural roads on the extension and value-added of agricultural industrial chain of Gansu Province.The mechanism of rural highway construction on the extension of agricultural industrial chain is revealed.(3)Based on the development planning of rural industry of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,taking Gansu Province as an example,a comprehensive evaluation index system for the integrated development of agricultural industry is established and the integrated development level of agricultural industry in Gansu Province is evaluated.Taking rural roads as the core explanatory variable,this paper constructs an econometric model to explore the role of rural roads in agricultural internal integration,agricultural industrial chain extension integration,agricultural function expansion integration and technology penetration industrial integration,as well as the overall role of rural roads on agricultural industrial integration in Gansu Province,also clarifies the impact of rural roads on agricultural industrial integration in Gansu Province.Finally,it analyzes the research results of the full thesis,puts forward suggestions with theoretical basis and local characteristics for rural highway construction in Gansu Province,analyzes the relevant problems not involved in this paper,and defines the direction of further research in the future.
